As a first time homebuyer I was very much out of my element. Judi was very knowledgeable and was there every step of the way. She got us into a brand new build that wasn't even listed because of her relationship with the builder rep from a previous sale. The builder accepted our offer, well under the sale price listed, within an hour of offering. She even went to BOTH walk throughs when we were our of town and couldn't attend, and brought in a 3rd party inspector for an additional pair of eyes.
