Construction has begun on another attractive residential community that combines parks and green space with attractive floor plans to help fulfill the strong demand for new homes in Frisco.

Prairie View, located near the intersection of Coit Road and Panther Creek Parkway, aims to successfully merge natural beauty with contemporary amenities. When complete, the boutique master-planned neighborhood will offer 164 acres of beautiful homes highlighted by more than a dozen floor plans.

When complete, Prairie View will boast more than 500 homes, with square footage ranging from 2,300 to 4,300. Builders David Weekley Homes, American Legend Homes and Highland Homes, will offer options such as extra bedrooms and baths, media rooms, and game rooms with prices starting in the high $300’s.

These beautiful homes will be interspersed among pocket parks and a large green space with hiking and biking trails. The 4,500 square foot amenity center includes a picturesque community swimming pool highlighted by underwater benches, a beach entry, shade structures, fireplace/patio lounge and tanning ledge, and a splash pad with canopy for younger children.

Children will love the 4,000-square foot playground area, as well as numerous open spaces where they can enjoy picnics and playing with their families and friends.

Students living within the Prairie View community will attend excellent Prosper ISD schools, including Rucker Elementary (Kindergarten through 4th grade), Rogers Middle School (5th and 6th grades), Reynolds Middle School (7th and 8th grades) and Prosper High School.

Construction by all three homebuilders has begun at Prairie View. Legend Homes offers four different two story plans featuring five bedrooms and four full baths or four bedroom with three full baths. Designs feature a spiral staircase, hardwood flooring throughout the space, and covered outdoor living areas. Highland Homes also offers two-story plans with four bedrooms and three baths, family, game and media rooms, and outdoor living areas.

Prairie View offers homeowners quick access to nearby Preston Road, Highway 380, and State Highway 121. Shopping and entertainment are just a short drive away, including Stonebriar Centre, Toyota Stadium, Dr. Pepper Ballpark, the $5 Billion Mile, and the Star in Frisco.

Prairie View is certain to be an extremely desirable destination without the “cookie cutter” look that so many neighborhoods have.
